2 Nights in Shanghai, China

I stayed at the One Executive Suites Shanghai By Kempinski Shanghai and loved it! Here’s my review on Trip Advisor: “Great service, amazing roooms!!!! 

Main two reasons I picked this hotel were 1) walking distances to everything else and 2) price and I wasn’t disappointed.

Otherwise, Another great hotel in an excellent area is The Langham Hotel Xintiandi (Luxury, Upscale)

I did all the below by getting a hop-on hop-off bus ticket, to see the spots below and get off the bus in the location I wanted to see more of.

• Yuyuan Garden
• Yuyuan Old Street
• The Bund
• Xintiandi (LOVED this area)
• Xin Tian Di
• People’s Square
• Jing’an Temple (on Nanjing West Road)

Other things that are recommended but I did not have the time to try:

• Shanghai Art Museum
• Jade Buddha Temple
• Huangpu River cruise

My visit to Shanghai was very quick, for that, I tried to see as much as I could with the tour bus and enjoy the rest of the night by taking it easy and just walking around. That’s what I did, and loved it!
