Four Seasons Megeve, France | Hello965

Hands down; ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES. I would rank it as top 10 for 2018 for sure.

I’m actually very happy about my experiences in 2018.. its so refreshing finding places, services and things that keep on surprising you.. when you thought you’ve seen amazing places only for even better places to pop up and show you that theres so much more. Lovely year!

What shocked me the most, is how amazing the hotel is in SUMMER!

Ive always linked Megeve with winter and skiing. Hence, my expectations were automatically lowered a bit going in summer .. I didn’t expect much. Reason for this; is because I’ve been to ski villages before in summer, they’re almost always dead and become ghost towns in summer unlike winter.

The only hotel directly on the Mont d’Arbois slopes, Four Seasons Hotel Megève! It offers chic, contemporary style in the heart of the French Alps.

Four Seasons offers five indoor-outdoor options for dining and drinks – including a new home for the Michelin-two-star restaurant, Le 1920.  Ive had an excellent dinner at Kaito. Culinary classics from Japan meet local Alpine produce at Megève’s premier Japanese restaurant, offering lunch and dinner with direct access to the slopes.

In summer, during my visit, everything around me was green and beautiful! The weather at night is a bit chilli where you need a light jacket, and the sun in the morning is beautiful for mountain biking, hiking, or even just walks!

The staff at the hotel and the entire team were so helpful, accommodating and the service was spectacular!

The hotel has 55 rooms and suites decorated in a contemporary mountain style – most with fireplace and balcony, all with views of the mountain or the valley.

I really loved my terrace inside my room. The beds of the four seasons are always comfortable and amazing in all four seasons I’ve experienced; the FS Megeve was nothing less than amazing. The room had a kitchenette, and a coffee machine in which I appreciated a lot.

The Lobby Lounge was something memorable too!  A large, inviting fireplace warms this quiet and relaxed gathering spot, perfect for a casual coffee in the morning or an après-ski cocoa.

Room: Excellent

Service: Excellent

Facilities: Excellent

THE SPA.. Oh the spa! Heated swimming pool with swimming against the tide system.. the spa is definitely to remember!

Sauna, hammam, separate changing rooms Fitness area..

Kids club! The Kids Club is for All Seasons activity program and the Teen Zone with its own cinema are the largest in the region and means your kids will be catered for throughout their stay.

Wait, is there something I didn’t like about the hotel? NOT REALLY ♡ Please visit them and send them my love!

  1. Wow, such a beautiful hotel and the ambiance is so elegant and artistic. Also, the pool with the view of the French Alps adds so much to the stay. Loved your blog, your lip-smacking food pictures. How much does a 2-night stay cost?

    1. Thanks 🙂 Happy you liked it!

The price changes based on the season, time of visit, and category of room.. I recommend you check booking.com for an accurate rate.
