Airport in Florence (AKA FIRENZE): Florence-Peretola

• I stayed at hotel called: Hotel Diplomat (very decent) back in 2013
• From the second visit (2015) I would recommend the St Regis hotel and the Westin Hotel
• NH Hotel in center

• Hotel Tornabuoni Beacci (4-star in the city centre)
  

• Portrait Firenze (30 metres from the famous bridge Ponte Vecchio)

• Gallery Hotel Art (Next to Ponte Vecchio in the heart of Florence)

• Plaza Hotel Lucchesi (Set right on the bank of the Arno River)
  

• Firenze Number Nine (Boutique Hotel, Next the Medici Chapel in the historic centre of Florence)

• Hotel Savoy (Excellent location)

Advice: Look up all the hotels, and book the one that suits YOUR requirements and likes best. (For example, you prefer the best location, others prefer the best price regardless of the location and so on.

• Gucci Museum in Piazza Della Signoria
•  Piazzale Michelangelo
•  Ponte Vecchio – “Old Bridge” (Very famous)
• Boboli Garden
• Palazzo Pitti
• Santa Croce Church
• Accademia museum
• Santo spirito
• Ofcourse, DUOMO!
• Go to Oltrarno literally means “other side of the bridge” that’s where the locals go, nice vintage stores and amazing food
• If you want to watch a movie go to the ODEON theater.. it’s very old, it used to be a theater now a cinema..really nice!
